I did it! I ran and finished a half marathon last April 10, 2011. It was an exhilarating experience… very tough, but the three months of training paid off..

Mango and Strawberry smoothie
This is similar to the tropical smoothie that I have posted, but I added 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1 cup of greek yogurt… It is very refreshing!
